Epigram Books #passionproject

I wrote this in the year that my grandmother didn’t ask the same questions. She had lost them to dementia.

I wrote about how I remembered her best, and she became Grandma and The Things That Stay the Same.

It’s a picturebook for kids 3 to 6 and the young at heart, published by Epigram Books and illustrated by Yunroo.

Since its publication, Grandma’s helped to raise $2,385 for the Alzheimer’s Disease Association, and she’s also gone from page to stage during the SingLit Festival at Woods in the Books.

Grandma was also a finalist for the Singapore Book Award 2017, and a finalist for the Asian Children’s Book Award 2017 by the Asian Festival of Children’s Content.

If you’re interested in getting a copy, Grandma’s available on Amazon, and at the bookshops and webstores of Kinokuniya and Epigram Books.
